The rules coop

There are clear rules on how cooperative societies should use telephones. “There shall be no STD (subscriber trunk dialling) facility in any telephone other than telephone intended for the use of the chief executive in the office. The telephone with STD facility should be kept under lock and key and a register shall be maintained for STD calls made,” lays down one of the rules, as explained by Ravi Subramanyam in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Laws.
