Become susceptible to happiness

Recent research has found that not only does your brain communicate with your cells, but your cells also communicate with your brain and other parts of your body, writes Chris Prentiss in Zen and the Art of Happiness. “In fact, the latest discoveries by scientists are revealing that we think with more than just brain; with think with our body as well,” he adds. It is not inaccurate, therefore, the author argues, to look at our entire body as being part of our brain. “That may be a new and startling thought, but don’t reject it. Many scientists now believe that we’re actually a ‘bodybrain’.”
